Abstract
This study discusses e-government which has become a necessity for every agency to speed up access and services. The SIMPEL application at BKPSDM Serang Regency aims to create an effective and efficient paperless personnel service system. This research was to evaluate the SIMPEL application. This research implements the information systems model developed by Yusof,et al. This research was used to test whether the human, organization and technology variables affect net benefit. This research used a quantitative methodology with a sample of 58 respondents from SIMPEL users. Data was taken by respondents who filled out questionnaires and measured using Likert scale. The data analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Test using SPSS Version 26 software. The Test indicates that the human variable has a significant effect on net benefit, while the organizational and technology variables have no partial effect on net benefit however together human, organization, and technology variables have a positive and significant influence (level of significant α = 0.05).

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini membahas tentang e-government yang sudah menjadi keharusan bagi setiap instansi dalam mempercepat akses dan pelayanan. Aplikasi SIMPEL yang ada di BKPSDM Kabupaten Serang bertujuan mewujudkan sistem pelayanan kepegawaian yang efektif dan efisien secara paperless. Penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi atas pelaksanaan Aplikasi SIMPEL. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model HOT-Fit yang dikembangkan oleh Yusof, dkk. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menguji apakah variabel human, organization dan technology berpengaruh terhadap net benefit secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan sampel 58 responden dari pengguna aplikasi SIMPEL. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 26. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel human berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net benefit sedangkan variabel organization dan technology tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap net benefit. Secara simultan variabel human, organization dan technology berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manfaat bersih (tingkat signifikasi α = 0,05). | |||||||||
