Abstract

Consumer loyalty plays a crucial role in the sustainability of businesses, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) such as Toko Tembakau The Santang. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing consumer loyalty at Toko Tembakau The Santang. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the impact of variables such as product quality, pricing, location, promotions, customer service, physical facilities, and purchasing processes on consumer loyalty. Data were collected through surveys of 80 respondents who are customers of the store. The findings indicate that product variety, competitive pricing, accessibility, and promotional efforts significantly contribute to consumer retention. Additionally, personalized customer service and store atmosphere enhance consumer satisfaction, leading to repeat purchases and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. This research provides valuable insights for business owners in the tobacco retail sector, emphasizing the importance of strategic marketing and service improvements to foster long-term customer loyalty.

Additional Information: Loyalitas konsumen memegang peranan penting dalam keberlanjutan bisnis, termasuk pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) seperti Toko Tembakau The Santang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen di Toko Tembakau The Santang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel seperti kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, pelayanan pelanggan, fasilitas fisik, dan proses pembelian terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 80 responden yang merupakan pelanggan toko tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk, harga yang kompetitif, aksesibilitas, dan upaya promosi memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap retensi konsumen. Selain itu, pelayanan pelanggan yang personal dan suasana toko meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, yang pada gilirannya mendorong pembelian berulang dan rekomendasi positif dari mulut ke mulut. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemilik bisnis di sektor ritel tembakau, dengan menekankan pentingnya strategi pemasaran dan perbaikan layanan untuk membangun loyalitas konsumen jangka panjang.
