Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City. The data for this quantitative research came from 50 employees of Perumdam Tirta Madani and used a saturated sampling technique. This research uses descriptive statistical t-tests, outer models for measurement, and inner models for structural analysis, all within the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between teamwork and employee performance (7) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Perumdam Tirta Madani Kota Serang. Data untuk penelitian kuantitatif ini berasal dari 50 karyawan Perumdam Tirta Madani dan menggunakan Teknik sample jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t statistik deskriptif, model luar untuk pengukuran, dan model dalam untuk analisis struktural, semuanya di dalam alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan (7) kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
