Abstract

The challenges in the future of human behavior must still be maintained in accordance with existing rules and norms, so that by being religious, humans have a foundation and boundaries regarding behavior that is permitted and prohibited by religion. Instilling a spiritual attitude in students needs to be done both in school environment, at home and in the community environment. Because this spiritual aspect can be a moral or character fortress for students' lives in facing all problems. This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy in developing students' spiritual attitudes through the independent curriculum, the challenges and efforts faced and carried out in the independent curriculum learning process and analyzing the results of students' spiritual attitudes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method approach where data collection uses data in the form of words and pictures. The resource persons in the study were 55 people consisting of 1 principal, 1 class V Al-Khaizini teacher, 1 class V Al-Jayyani teacher and 26 class V Al-Khaizini students and 26 class V Al-Jayyani students. The results of the study showed that the learning strategy used by teachers to improve students' spiritual attitudes was an effective learning strategy. Discipline at MIN 1 Cilegon City is improved through verbal warnings, additional assignments and reduction of grades for those who are not disciplined, as well as compliance with religious commands.

Additional Information: Tantangan di masa yang akan datang perilaku manusia tetap harus dijaga sesuai dengan aturan dan norma yang ada, sehingga dengan beragama maka manusia memiliki pondasi dan batasan mengenai perilaku yang diperbolehkan dan dilarang oleh agama. Penanaman sikap spiritual terhadap peserta didik perlu dilakukan baik di lingkungan sekolah, rumah maupun lingkungan masyarakat. Karena Aspek spiritual ini dapat menjadi benteng moral atau karakter bagi kehidupan siswa dalam menghadapi segala permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam mengembangkan sikap spiritual peserta didik melalui kurikulum merdeka, tantangan dan upaya yang dihadapi dan dilakukan pada proses pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka dan Menganalisis hasil sikap spiritual peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data yang berupa kata-kata, dan gambar. Narasumber pada penelitian berjumlah 55 orang yang terdiri 1 orang kepala sekolah, 1 orang guru kelas V Al-Khaizini, 1 guru kelas V Al-Jayyani dan 26 orang peserta didik kelas V Al-Khaizini dan 26 orang peserta didik kelas V Al-Jayyani. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan sikap spiritual peserta didik, ialah strategi pembelajaran afektif. Kedisiplinan di MIN 1 Kota Cilegon ditingkatkan melalui teguran lisan, tugas tambahan dan pengurangan nilai bagi yang tidak disiplin, serta kepatuhan pada perintah agama.
