Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in driving national economic growth and creating jobs. However, limited access to financing remains a major obstacle to MSME development in Indonesia. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) is a banking institution committed to supporting the MSME sector through various financing products, including the People's Business Credit (KUR), which offers competitive interest rates and a simplified process. This study aims to analyze BTN's role in MSME financing and evaluate the strategies implemented to reach business actors. The research method used is a descriptive case study approach, based on experience and direct observation during the internship. The results show that BTN not only acts as a fund provider but also functions as a strategic partner through educational and mentoring programs for MSMEs. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of increasing the effectiveness of marketing strategies and strengthening the mentoring role so that BTN's MSME financing program can provide a more optimal and sustainable impact.

| Additional Information: | Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional serta membuka lapangan kerja. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap pembiayaan masih menjadi hambatan utama bagi pengembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) hadir sebagai lembaga perbankan yang berkomitmen mendukung sektor UMKM melalui berbagai produk pembiayaan, termasuk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang menawarkan bunga kompetitif dan proses yang lebih mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran BTN dalam pembiayaan UMKM serta mengevaluasi strategi yang diterapkan dalam menjangkau pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, berdasarkan pengalaman dan observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BTN tidak hanya bertindak sebagai penyedia dana, tetapi juga menjalankan fungsi sebagai mitra strategis melalui program edukasi dan pendampingan bagi UMKM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan efektivitas strategi pemasaran dan penguatan peran pendampingan agar program pembiayaan UMKM yang dijalankan BTN dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih maksimal dan berkelanjutan. | |||||||||
