Abstract
ABC Pharmacy is part of CV Satria Perdana which is currently planning to add outlets to expand the market in Cilegon City or Serang Regency. In 2023, BPS data showed that 79.12% of Cilegon residents and 55.87% of Serang Regency residents preferred to treat themselves when sick, allegedly due to a tendency towards traditional medicine and concerns about dependence on conventional drugs. Pharmacies, as the closest health facility, have the responsibility to provide quality health products and education on the proper use of drugs, but the sustainability of the pharmacy business still depends on business sustainability. Because of this, it is necessary to plan the establishment of a pharmacy using a business feasibility analysis so that the investment can be carried out properly. There are several aspects that will be reviewed in this study, namely market aspects, technical aspects, and financial aspects. After calculating the feasibility analysis, the Net Present Value (NPV) value was obtained at Rp139.020.271,14 > 0, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 194%> Minimum Atractive Rate of Return (MARR) (13.35%), and Payback Period (PP) of 15 months 11 days < business age (5 years), then the opening of ABC pharmacy can be said to be feasible. Based on the sensitivity analysis of the increase in investment costs at 100%, it shows that ABC pharmacy is still feasible to run, the increase in operational costs is sensitive to 31%, the increase in product costs is sensitive to 57%.

| Additional Information: | Apotek ABC merupakan bagian dari CV Satria Perdana yang saat ini sedang berencana untuk menambah gerai untuk memperluas pasar di Kota Cilegon atau Kab. Serang. Pada tahun 2023 data BPS menunjukkan bahwa 79,12% warga Cilegon dan 55,87% warga Kabupaten Serang lebih memilih mengobati diri sendiri saat sakit, diduga karena kecenderungan terhadap pengobatan tradisional dan kekhawatiran akan ketergantungan obat konvensional. Apotek, sebagai fasilitas kesehatan terdekat, memiliki tanggung jawab menyediakan produk kesehatan berkualitas dan edukasi penggunaan obat yang tepat, namun keberlangsungan usaha apotek tetap bergantung pada keberlanjutan bisnis. Karena hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan perencanaan pendirian apotek dengan menggunakan analisis kelayakan bisnis agar investasi dapat dijalankan dengan tepat. Ada beberapa aspek yang akan ditinjau pada penelitian ini yaitu aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek finansial. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan analisis kelayakan didapatkan hasil nilai Net Present Value (NPV) diperoleh sebesar Rp139.020.271,14 > 0, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 194% > Minimum Atractive Rate of Return (MARR)(13,35%), dan Payback Period (PP) sebesar 15 bulan 11 hari < umur usaha (5 tahun), maka pembukaan apotek ABC dapat dikatakan layak. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas kenaikan biaya investasi pada 100% menunjukkan apotek ABC tetap layak dijalankan, kenaikan biaya operasional sensitive pada 31%, kenaikan biaya produk (obat) sensitive pada 57%. | |||||||||
