Abstract
This development research is based on problems in learning numeracy literacy and knowledge about maritime affairs which is still low and not yet familiar to young children, so this also has an impact on children's low understanding regarding maritime affairs as the nation's brave next generation. The aim of the research is to analyze and develop teaching materials for numeracy literacy and maritime life in maritime materials for early childhood. This research uses Research & Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model approach popularized by Dick n Carry. The results of the research show that the numeracy and maritime life literacy storybook on maritime material for early childhood is very effective and worthy of development because it has gone through the validation stage from material experts, media experts and language experts. At the validation stage, material experts produced an average score of 4.7, indicating a very feasible category. At the validation stage, media experts produced an average score of 4.3, indicating it was in the feasible category. At the validation stage, the linguist produced an average score of 4.7 indicating the appropriate category and the results of the questionnaire distribution of teacher and child responses to the numeracy literacy storybook and maritime life in maritime material for early childhood after making improvements, the results of the questionnaire distribution obtained an average a score of 5 indicates it is in the very good category and is worthy of development because the book is good, useful and educational.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian pengembangan ini berdasarkan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran literasi numerasi dan pengetahuan tentang kemaritiman tergolong masih rendah dan belum familiar bagi anak usia dini, sehingga berdampak pula kepada rendahnya pemahaman anak terkait dengan kemaritiman sebagai generasi penerus bangsa yang berani. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengembangkan bahan ajar literasi numerasi dan jiwa bahari pada materi kemaritiman pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research & Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang dipopulerkan oleh Dick n Carry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Buku cerita literasi numerasi dan jiwa bahari pada materi kemaritiman untuk anak usia dini sangat efektif dan layak dikembangkan karena sudah melalui tahap validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa. Pada tahap validasi ahli materi menghasilkan rata-rata skor 4,7 menunjukkan kategori sangat layak. Pada tahap validasi ahli media menghasilkan rata-rata skor 4,3 menunjukkan dalam kategori layak. Pada tahap validasi ahli bahasa menghasilkan rata-rata skor 4,7 menunjukkan kategori layak serta hasil sebaran angket respon guru dan anak terhadap buku cerita literasi numerasi dan jiwa bahari pada materi kemaritiman pada anak usia dini setelah melakukan perbaikan, hasil sebaran angket mendapatkan rata-rata skor 5 menunjukkan dalam kategori sangat baik dan layak untuk dikembangkan karena buku tersebut sudah bagus, bermanfaat dan bersifat edukasi. | |||||||||
