Abstract
Tofu is a traditional Indonesian food made from soy milk processed through a clotting process using a clotting agent such as vinegar and has good nutritional content for humans. This study aims to analyze the effect of raw materials, labor and fuel on the production of tofu in Rangkasbitung District, the type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was saturated sample. The samples in this study were tofu producers in Rangkasbitung which amounted to 35 tofu producers. coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (f test), and partial test (t test). Based on the test results conducted by partial test, the raw material variable has a significant effect on the variable of tofu production. Meanwhile, the labor variable did not significantly affect the production of tofu in Rangkasbitung Subdistrict. Furthermore, through the simultaneous test, the results obtained were that the variables of raw materials and labor together had a significant effect on the production of tofu in Rangkasbitung Subdistrict. The amount of R2 value obtained was 0.892. It can be interpreted that the variables of raw materials, and labor as a whole give an influence of 89.2% on the production of tofu while the remaining 10.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the study.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi tahu di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah produsen tahu yang berada di Rangkasbitung yang berjumlah 35 produsen tahu. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji f), dan uji parsial (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan uji parsial, variabel bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil produksi tahu. Sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada hasil produksi tahu di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Selanjutnya melalui uji simultan hasil yang didapat adalah variabel bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi tahu di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Besarnya nilai R2 yang didapat adalah 0,892. Dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 89,2% terhadap produksi tahu sedangkan sisanya 10,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian. | |||||||||
