Abstract
The focus of the research is effectiveness of the Banpres Productive Micro Enterprises Program (BPUM) in national economic recovery efforts after pandemic covid-19 in Pandeglang District. The problem in this research is the lack of accuracy in targeting where there are people who have businesses but do not receive assistance, beneficiaries of the BPUM program experience a lack of benefit from the assistance funds provided, socialization of the BPUM program is not optimal, and there is a lack of supervision provided. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the BPUM program is in efforts to restore the national economy after the Covid-19 pandemic in Pandeglang District. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a proportional random sampling technique and a sample size of 99 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test show that the value of tcount > ttable (19,960 > 1,660) means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the effectiveness of the BPUM program in efforts to restore the national economy after the Covid-19 pandemic in Pandeglang District was declared effective because it reached a value of more than 70%. The suggestions in this research are that the community should use aid funds as best as possible, socialization activities should be provided directly, hold seminars to increase the creativity of business actors, and provide direct supervision to communities receiving aid.

| Additional Information: | Fokus penelitian adalah efektivitas program Bantuan Presiden Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM) dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi nasional pasca covid-19 di Kecamatan Pandeglang. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah kurangnya ketepatan sasaran dimana terdapat masyarakat yang memiliki usaha namun tidak mendapat bantuan, penerima manfaat program BPUM mengalami kurangnya manfaat dari dana bantuan yang diberikan, tidak optimalnya sosialisasi program BPUM, serta kurangnya pengawasan yang diberikan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif program BPUM dalam upaya pemulihan ekonomi nasional pasca pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui nilai thitung > ttabel (19.960 > 1.660) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, efektivitas program BPUM Dalam Upaya Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Pandeglang dinyatakan efektif karena mencapai nilai lebih dari 70%. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat harus menggunakan dana bantuan sebaik mungkin, kegiatan sosialisasi sebaiknya diberikan secara langsung, mengadakan seminar guna meningkatkan kreatifitas pelaku usaha, dan memberikan pengawasan langsung kepada masyarakat penerima bantuan. | |||||||||
