Abstract
This study was motivated by the phenomenon of loneliness experienced by adolescents in orphanages. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of art therapy drawing approach to reduce loneliness in adolescents at Hasanuddin Pandeglang orphanage. The research method used is experimental method with experimental design, namely one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 40 adolescents, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 10 adolescents who experienced high category loneliness. The data collection method in this study was to distribute the UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3 questionnaire. The results of the study showed an average pretest score of 50%, while the average posttest score was 31%. Through the research hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, it is known that the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) is 0.005 <0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. These results conclude that the art therapy drawing approach has an effect on reducing loneliness in adolescents at Hasanuddin Pandeglang orphanage.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena kesepian yang dialami oleh remaja di panti asuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan art therapy menggambar untuk mereduksi kesepian pada remaja di panti asuhan Hasanuddin Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 remaja, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 10 remaja yang mengalami kesepian kategori tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisoner kesepian UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan skor rata-rata pretest 50%, sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 31%. Melalui uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) yaitu 0.005 < 0.05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil tersebut menyimpulkan pendekatan art therapy menggambar berpengaruh untuk mereduksi kesepian pada remaja di panti asuhan Hasanuddin Pandeglang. | |||||||||
