Abstract
In practice, occupational safety and health for health workers at the Public Health Center in the city of Serang is still not fully guaranteed due to the lack of complete health service facilities and protected health insurance in accordance with statutory regulations. Health workers must be healthy, safe, productive and Avoiding work accidents and work-related diseases is very far from expectations. Identification of Problems What Forms of Legal Protection to Ensure Work Health and Safety for Health Workers? What are the obstacles to legal protection in efforts to guarantee occupational health and safety for healthcare workers at the Curug Community Health Center in Serang City? The theories used are welfare state theory, legal protection theory, and legal effectiveness theory. This research method is focused on a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data, namely what respondents stated in writing or verbally, real behavior and positive legal policies in Indonesia regulating legal protection for the right to work safety for health workers. The legal research used is normative legal research, the results of the research show that legal protection and fulfillment of the right to work safety for health workers who handle things that have been regulated in legislation have not been fully obtained.

| Additional Information: | Masyarakat di kota serang dalam praktiknya masih tidak sepenuhnya terjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja diakibatkan kurangnya kelengkapan fasilitas layanan kesehatan dan jaminan kesehatan yang terlindungi sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan. Tenaga kesehatan agar sehat, selamat, produktif, dan terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja sangat jauh dari harapan. Identifikasi Masalah Bagaimana Bentuk Perlindungan Hukum Dalam Upaya Menjamin Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Tenaga Kesehatan? dan Bagaimana hambatan Perlindungan Hukum Dalam Upaya Menjamin Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Tenaga Kesehatan di Puskesmas Curug kota Serang? Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Negara kesejahteraan, teori perlindungan hukum, dan teori efektifitas hukum. Metode penelitian ini difokuskan pada pendekatan kualitatif yang merupakan tata cara penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif, yaitu apa yang dinyatakan oleh responden secara tertulis atau lisan, perilaku nyata dan kebijakan hukum positif di Indonesia mengatur perlindungan hukum atas hak keselamatan kerja bagi tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian hukum yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum dan pemenuhan hak atas keselamatan kerja bagi tenaga kesehatan yang menangani yang sudah diatur dalam Perundang-undangan belum sepenuhnya didapatkan. | |||||||||
