Abstract
A Wedding Organizer (WO) is an institution or body that provides professional services specifically in the field of weddings. They assist couples, either individually or as a team, in preparing for all aspects of their wedding to ensure that the sacred event runs smoothly according to their wishes. This study aims to analyze the organizational communication processes that occur at Senjani Wedding Organizer. The focus of this research covers three main aspects, namely communication between leaders and employees, communication among employees, and organizational communication in improving employee performance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by adopting Elton Mayo's human relations theory. Research data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that vertical and horizontal communication at Senjani Wedding Organizer has been running quite well. However, there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome to improve communication effectiveness. In addition, this study also found that the implementation of effective organizational communication contributes to improving employee performance. The implications of this study are the importance of maintaining open and honest communication within the organization to achieve common goals.

Additional Information: | Wedding Organizer atau WO merupakan sebuah lembaga atau badan yang secara khusus melayani jasa profesional pada bidang pernikahan. Secara pribadi atau tim membantu calon pengantin mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang behubungan dengan acara sakral pernikahan agar berjalan lancar sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi di Senjani Wedding Organizer. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu komunikasi antara pimpinan dan karyawan, komunikasi antar karyawan, dan komunikasi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengadopsi teori hubungan manusia dari Elton Mayo. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi vertikal dan horizontal di Senjani Wedding Organizer telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa adanya penerapan komunikasi organisasi yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menjaga komunikasi yang terbuka dan jujur dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. | |||||||||
