Abstract
This study is driven by the challenges faced by deaf students in Class X at SMALB in comprehending basic makeup skills due to the limited use of instructional media. The objective of this research is to develop a "Mustika Beauty" video as an effective educational tool to enhance the basic makeup skills of deaf students. The research adopts the Research and Development (R&D) approach utilizing the ADDIE development model. The analysis of learning needs reveals that 80% of deaf students in Class X at SKh MBU, Kabupaten Pandeglang, possess a moderate level of makeup proficiency, while 20% demonstrate high proficiency. The media validation results show feasibility ratings of 80% from media validators, 89% from material experts, and 96% from practitioners, with an overall average score of 88%. Consequently, the "Mustika Beauty" video is demonstrated to be highly feasible as an instructional medium for teaching basic makeup skills at SKh MBU, Kabupaten Pandeglang.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi siswa tunarungu kelas X SMALB yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami pembelajaran keterampilan tata rias wajah dasar, diakibatkan kurangnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menghasilkan media video beauty Mustika yang layak dijadikan sarana pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan keterampilan tata rias wajah dasar pada siswa tunarungu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran memperlihatkan bahwa siswa tunarungu kelas X SMALB di SKh MBU Kab. Pandeglang memiliki tingkat kemampuan keterampilan tata rias wajah berkategori sedang 80%, dan 20% tinggi. Hasil kelayakan validator media sebesar 80%, materi 89% dan praktisi 96% dengan perolehan rata-rata skor 88%. Maka dari itu, media video beauty Mustika yang telah dikembangkan dapat terbukti sangat layak dijadikan sebagai sarana media pembelajaran keterampilan tata rias wajah dasar di SKh MBU Kab.
