Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Cash Receipt and Expenditure Information System based on the Regional Development Information System (SIPD) at the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Pandeglang Regency. This study aims to understand the effectiveness of the information system in supporting transparency, accountability, and efficiency in regional financial management, as well as the challenges faced in the implementation of this system. The research method used is descriptive, with data collection through observation, documentation, and literature study. Observations were carried out during an internship at BPKAD, while documentation included the analysis of secondary data from related documents. Interviews with relevant parties were also conducted to obtain more in-depth information. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the cash receipt and expenditure information system based on SIPD has provided benefits in enhancing transparency and accountability in financial management. However, there are technical challenges and a lack of system integration that hinder the effective use of the application. Recommendations for system improvement are also proposed to optimize regional financial management.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi Sistem Informasi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas berbasis Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sistem informasi dalam mendukung transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan daerah, serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan sistem ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Observasi dilakukan selama magang di BPKAD, sedangkan dokumentasi mencakup analisis data sekunder dari dokumen terkait. Wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis SIPD telah memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, terdapat kendala teknis dan kurangnya integrasi sistem yang menghambat efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan sistem juga diusulkan agar pengelolaan keuangan daerah dapat lebih optimal. | |||||||||
