Abstract
This research focuses on the Effectiveness of the Touch My Land Application in Land Certificate Services at the West Jakarta Land Office. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the effectiveness of the Touch My Land application in land certificate services at the West Jakarta Land Office. The problems that occur and are studied by researchers are the lack of interest of people who need the Touch My Land application, the occurrence of system errors in the application, and the increase in service files at the Land Office. The theory of effectiveness uses the theory of DeLone & McLean (2003), including system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net impact. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing using the SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the Touch My Land application in land certificate services at the West Jakarta Land Office is declared effective because it gets a value of more than 65% which is based on hypothesis testing criteria if the value obtained t_hitung> t_tabel or (18.296> 1.661) then H_0 is rejected and H_α is accepted. The magnitude of the percentage according to the responses of research respondents is 80%. Researcher suggestions include the need for development of application capabilities, regular information updates, it is hoped that there will be live chat for user complaints, broader socialization of the benefits of applications, and it is hoped that people will use applications to facilitate services.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berfokus kepada Efektivitas Aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku Dalam Pelayanan Sertifikat Tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Jakarta Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku dalam pelayanan sertifikat tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Jakarta Barat. Permasalahan yang terjadi dan dikaji oleh peneliti adalah kurangnya minat masyarakat yang membutuhkan aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku, masih terjadinya system eror pada aplikasi, dan masih terjadinya peningkatan berkas pelayanan di Kantor Pertanahan. Teori efektivitas menggunakan teori DeLone & McLean (2003), meliputi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan dampak bersih. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistic menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui efektivitas aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku dalam pelayanan sertifikat tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Jakarta Barat dinyatakan efektif karfena mendapatkan nilai lebih dari 65% yang didasarkan pada kriteria uji hipotesis jika nilai didapat t_hitung > t_tabel atau (18,296 > 1,661) maka H_0 ditolak dan H_α diterima. Besarnya presentase menurut tanggapan responden penelitian sebesar 80%. Saran peneliti diantaranya perlunya perkembagan kemampuan aplikasi, adanya pembaharuan informasi secara berkala,diharapkan adanya live chat untuk keluhan pengguna, sosialisasi lebih luas tentang manfaat aplikasi, dan diharapkan masyarakatan menggunakan aplikasi untuk mempermudah layanan. | ||||||
