Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of NPK dosage and locals microorganisms on growth and productions of long beans (Vigna sinensis L.). The experimental design employed in this research was a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of two factors; NPK dosage and locals microorganisms. The first factor, NPK dosage (m), included four levels: 0 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, and 300 kg/ha. The second factor, locals microorganisms (p) included 4 levels: 0 ml/L, 150 ml/L, 300 ml/L, and 450 ml/L. The research results showed that a NPK dosage of 200 kg/ha gave the best effect on the number of pods and pod weight of long beans. The locals microorganisms 300 ml/L gave the best effect on number of pods and pod weight of long beans. There was an interaction between on the height of long beans at 4 weeks after planting with the m1p3 treatment combination and pod weight of long beans with the m2p2 treatment combination.

Additional Information: Studi ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dosis NPK dan mikroorganisme lokal terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.). Desain percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor; dosis NPK dan mikroorganisme lokal. Faktor pertama, dosis NPK (m), mencakup empat level: 0 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha, dan 300 kg/ha. Faktor kedua, mikroorganisme lokal (p), mencakup 4 level: 0 ml/L, 150 ml/L, 300 ml/L, dan 450 ml/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis NPK 200 kg/ha memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap jumlah polong dan berat polong kacang panjang. Mikroorganisme lokal 300 ml/L memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap jumlah polong dan berat polong kacang panjang. Terdapat interaksi pada tinggi tanaman kacang panjang pada 4 minggu setelah tanam dengan kombinasi perlakuan m1p3 dan berat polong kacang panjang dengan kombinasi perlakuan m2p2.
