Abstract
Research on the Implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) in Curug District, Serang City, Banten Province is motivated by several problems, namely the lack of extension assistants in the P2L Program, the declining participation of members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT), and the lack of maintenance of seedling houses and demonstration plots. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) in Curug District, Serang City, Banten Province. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through non-participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies were analyzed using data analysis techniques from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source triangulation, technique triangulation, membercheck, and ethical consideration. The results showed that the implementation of the Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) program in Curug District is still not running optimally because there are still some shortcomings and obstacles that occur, such as the lack of the number of program assistants, some KWTs no longer plant, the decline in member activeness, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, inappropriate land loan agreements, there is no strategy in the implementation of the program, and inadequate cash availability. Therefore, the Sustainable Food Yard Program in Curug Sub-district, Serang City, needs to be improved by strengthening legal regulations for land loans, increasing access to more stable markets, and providing incentives or awards per one year of program implementation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian Implementasi Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) di Kecamatan Curug Kota Serang Provinsi Banten dilatabelakangi oleh adanya beberapa permasalahan, yaitu minimnya penyuluh pendamping pada Program P2L, menurunnya partisipasi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), dan kurangnya perawatan rumah bibit dan demplot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) di Kecamatan Curug Kota Serang Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi non partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan teknis analisis data dari Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana (2014) terdiri dari pengumpulan data, redukasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, membercheck, dan ethical consideration. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) di Kecamatan Curug masih belum berjalan optimal dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dan hambatan yang terjadi, seperti minimnya jumlah penyuluh pendamping program, beberapa KWT tidak lagi melakukan pertanaman, menurunnya keaktifan anggota, minimnya sarana dan prasarana, perjanjian peminjaman lahan yang kurang tepat, tidak terdapat strategi dalam pelaksanaan program, dan ketersediaan uang kas yang tidak memadai. Oleh karena itu, Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari di Kecamatan Curug Kota Serang memerlukan perbaikan dengan penguatan regulasi hukum peminjaman lahan, peningkatan akses pasar yang lebih stabil, serta mengadakan insentif atau penghargaan per-satu tahun pelaksanaan program. | |||||||||
