Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of Work Ethic (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable at CV. Gia Sentosa, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 77 employees of CV. Gia Sentosa, Tangerang Regency. The sample used in this study was the entire population in the study using census sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using program software SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (5) Organizational Commitment is able to mediate the relationship between Work Ethic and Employee Performance

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Etos Kerja (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada CV. Gia Sentosa Kab. Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 orang karyawan CV. Gia Sentosa Kab. Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi pada penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.1.0.8 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (4) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (5) Komitmen Organisasi mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
