Abstract
Analysis of Entrepreneurship Readiness of 12th Grade Students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. The background of this research is based on the following: (1) The difficulty in finding jobs for SMK. (2) The number of job seekers is higher than the available job opportunities. (3) An increasing number of companies are reducing their workforce or relocating to other cities.The research questions and objectives are as follows: 1. How is the planning for entrepreneurship readiness of the 12thgrade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang? 2. How is the organization formed, with each member's tasks, in the entrepreneurship readiness of the 12th-grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang? 3. How is the implementation of entrepreneurship readiness for the 12th-grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang? 4. How is the supervision, including monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and follow-up actions, applied in the entrepreneurship readiness of the 12th-grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang? 5. What are the results of the entrepreneurship readiness activities of the 12th-grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang? 6. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the entrepreneurship readiness of the 12th-grade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang? (7) What are the solutions to overcome the obstacles in preparing for the entrepreneurship readiness activities of the 12thgrade students at SMK Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang?The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive study method. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Planning involves the school principal, teachers, and students. The principal provides policy support, the teachers conduct directed learning, and the students play an active role in the process. (2) Through organizing, various elements such as task distribution, resource allocation, and outcome measurement can be carried out effectively and efficiently, enhancing collaboration in better decision-making. (3) Implementation is a crucial stage to assess how prepared students are to face the challenges of the business world, serving as a means to apply entrepreneurial theory into real practice and helping identify students' understanding, skills, and attitudes toward entrepreneurship. (4) Supervision ensures that the entire implementation process runs according to plan and serves as an evaluation tool to identify obstacles or shortcomings. (5) The results of the entrepreneurial activities provide an overview of students' readiness in entrepreneurship, which serves as a foundation for designing more effective and relevant entrepreneurial development programs. (6) Supporting factors provide motivation and opportunities for students to develop their potential, while inhibiting factors encourage teachers and students to seek solutions. (7) Solutions provide the best way to overcome obstacles and optimize students' potential, such as improving entrepreneurial training, providing supporting facilities, and continuous mentoring to help students overcome obstacles or challenges.

Latar belakang dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu atas dasar : (1) Sulitnya mencari kerja bagi lulusan SMK (2) Kesempatan kerja dengan pencari kerja lebih banyak orang yang ingin mencari kerja. (3) Semakin banyak perusahaanperusahaan yang mengurangi jumlah karyawan ataupun pindah ke luar kota.Pertanyaan dan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : 1. Bagaimana perencanaan kesiapan kewirausahaan peserta didik kelas XII di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. 2. Bagaiamanakah pengorganisasian dibentuk dengan tugasnya masing-masing dalam kesiapan kewirausahaan peserta didik kelas XII di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang 3.Bagaimana pelaksanaan kesiapan kewirausahan siswa kelas XII SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. 4. Bagaimanakah pengawasan yang meliputi pemantauan,penilaian, pelaporan, dan tindak lanjut hasil pengawasan yang diterapkan dalam kesiapan kewirausahaan peserta didik kelas XII di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. 5. Bagaimana hasil kegiatan kesiapan kewirausahaan peserta didik kelas XII di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. 6. Bagaimana faktor pendukungg dan penghambat kesiapan kewirausahaan peserta didik kelas XII di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang.7. Bagaimana solusi pemecahan masalah dari hambatan persiapan kegiatan kesiapan kewirausahaan peserta didik kelas XII di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Tangerang.Pendekatan kualitatif metode Studi Deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Perencanaan melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Siswa, Kepala sekolah memberikan dukungan kebijakan, guru melaksanakan pembelajaran terarah, dan siswa menjadi pelaku aktif dalam proses tersebut. (2) Melalui pengorganisasian berbagai elemen seperti pembagian tugas, alokasi sumber daya, dan pengukuran hasil dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien, meningkatkan kolaborasi dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik.(3) Pelaksanaan merupakan tahap penting untuk mengukur sejauh mana peserta didik siap menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha, sebagai sarana pengaplikasian teori kewirausahaan ke dalam praktik nyata, membantu mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta didik dalam berwirausaha. (4) Pengawasan sebagai upaya untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh proses pelaksanaan berjalan sesuai rencana sebagai alat evaluasi untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan atau kekurangan. (5)Hasil dari kegiatan berwirausaha memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkat kesiapan siswa dalam berwirausaha, digunakan sebagai landasan untuk merancang program pengembangan kewirausahaan yang lebih efektif dan relevan.(6)Faktor pendukung memberikan motivasi dan peluang bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi, Sementara faktor penghambat mengarah agar guru dan siswa berfikir untuk mencari solusi. (7) Solusi sebagai cara terbaik mengatasi kendala dan mengoptimalkan potensi siswa, seperti peningkatan pelatihan kewirausahaan, pemberian fasilitas pendukung, serta pembinaan yang berkelanjutan, membantu siswa mengatasi hambatan atau kendala. | |||||||||
