Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment (X) on employee performance (Y) with work motivation (Z1) and organizational culture (Z2) as moderating variables at the Kronjo District Office, Tangerang Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 58 employees of the Kronjo District Office, Tangerang Regency. This research sample uses the entire population using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this research show that (1) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation weakens the relationship between the physical work environment and employee performance, (3) organizational culture strengthens the effect of the relationship between the physical work environment and employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan motivasi kerja (Z1) dan budaya organisasi (Z2) sebagai variable moderasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Kronjo Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 orang pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kronjo Kabupaten Tangerang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi dengan menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equating Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) motivasi kerja memperlemah hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. | |||||||||
