Abstract
The script examines women's reproductive problems in the context of family planning programs in the city of cilegon.Culturally-inculcated patriarchal thinking in everyday life restricts women to access information and quality education so that they cause problems that result in in inequality in women's position and role.This study uses the theory of justice from Johnrawls ( 1971 ) to analyze how women's reproductive rights are based on an indicator of justice.Through qualitative methods, This research identified social factors, culture, and the economy that affects women's reproductive rights, As well as its impact on health and social life decision-making..Through fenomenology approaches, Studies focused on the laying of justice and reproductive rights according to women's society as research informants. The results of this research show that what the women of Cilegon City experience is inversely proportional to the 3 theoretical indicators used. First, women still face discrimination and bad stigma which causes women to lose courage in making decisions. Second, there is still inequality in providing opportunities to women. Third, the prevalence of injustice in the distribution of obligations and responsibilities to women, especially in their daily roles.

| Additional Information: | Skripsi ini mengkaji problematika hak reproduksi perempuan dalam konteks program keluarga berencana di Kota Cilegon. Pemikiran patriarki secara kultural yang ditanamkan dalam keseharian membatasi perempuan untuk memperoleh akses informasi dan pendidikan yang berkualitas sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan yang berakibat ketimpangan pada kedudukan dan peran perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori keadilan dari John Rawls (1971) untuk menganalisa bagaimana hak reproduksi perempuan berdasarkan indikator keadilan. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi hak reproduksi perempuan, serta dampaknya terhadap pengambilan keputusan terkait kesehatan dan Kehidupan Sosial. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan memfokuskan pada pemaknaan keadilan dan hak reproduksi menurut masyarakat perempuan sebagai informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa yang dialami masyarakat perempuan Kota Cilegon berbanding terbalik dengan 3 indikator teori yang dipakai, Pertama, perempuan masih menghadapi diskriminasi dan stigma buruk yang menyebabkan hilangnya keberanian perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kedua, masih terjadinya ketidaksetaraan dalam pemberian kesempatan pada perempuan. Ketiga, lumrahnya ketidakadilan dalam distribusi kewajiban dan tanggung jawab pada perempuan khususnya pada peran dalam keseharian. | ||||||
