Abstract
The Women's Information Window System (SIJELITA) is a program created as an effort to overcome poverty problems in Banten Province, and aims to increase women's participation in improving family economic welfare through home industry and MSME activities. This program is implemented in an attractive and bold manner. However, in the implementation of this program there are still problems in the form of lack of coordination and supervision because it uses a third party as an operator, the efforts of the Banten DP3AKKB in conducting socialization are not optimal, and the lack of community participation in using the Sijelita marketplace due to the lack of socialization related to the system. The purpose of this study was to study the Women's Information Window System (SIJELITA) program in Serang Regency. The theory used as a reference in this study is the theory of evaluating information system components according to James A. O'Brien (2011) which consists of five dimensions, namely human resources, hardware, software, data resources, communication networks. This study uses a qualitative method with data analysis through interviews, observations, and documentation. Of the three dimensions used, the results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Women's Information Window System (SIJELITA) program in Serang Regency is quite optimal, in the dimensions of human resources and data resources. But it is not yet optimal in the communication network. As for now, the Sijelita Banten website is in the transition stage from the old website to the new website. So that the existing MSMEs and Home Industries are still in the confirmation stage for re-registration. Suggestions for the Banten Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning Service to conduct internal and external training at every city and district level in Banten Province.

| Additional Information: | Sistem Jendela Informasi Wanita (SIJELITA) merupakan sebuah program yang dibuat sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengangguran yang ada di Provinsi Banten, serta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga melalui kegiatan Industri rumahan dan UMKM. Program ini dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring. Namun pada pelaksanaan program ini masih terdapat permasalahan berupa kurangnya koordinasi dan pengawasan karena menggunakan pihak ketiga sebagai operator, belum optimalnya Upaya DP3AKKB Banten dalam melakukan sosialisasi, serta kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat untuk menggunakan marketplace Sijelita karena kurangnya sosialisasi terkait sistem. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program Sistem Jendela Informasi Wanita (SIJELITA) di Kabupaten Serang. Teori yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori evaluasi komponen sistem informasi menurut James A. O’Brien (2011) yang terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu sumber daya manusia, perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, sumber daya data, jaringan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisa data melalui hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari tiga dimensi yang digunakan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Sistem Jendela Informasi Wanita (SIJELITA) di Kabupaten Serang sudah cukup optimal, pada dimensi sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya data. Tetapi belum maksimal dalam jaringan komunikasi. Adapun pada saat ini website Sijelita Banten sedang dalam tahap peralihan dari website lama ke website yang baru. Sehingga UMKM dan Industri Rumahan yang ada saat ini masih dalam tahap konfirmasi untuk pendataan ulang. Saran untuk Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Banten untuk melakukan pelatihan internal dan eksternal pada setiap tingkatan kota dan kabupaten di Provinsi Banten. | |||||||||
