Abstract
This research explores the referential meaning in Indonesian-language animal information boards at the Jagat Satuan Nusantara Bird Park tourist attraction located in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This research is important to further understand the referential meaning and gain more insight into the information presented. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative case study method, where data sampling was conducted through observation of the information boards found in the TMII bird park. This research uses the theoretical foundations of Abdul Chaer 2013, Tarigan 2009, and Suwandi 2022, which ultimately identified 10 types of referential meanings based on categories in 35 data samples, as follows: 1) animal body anatomy with 44 data, 2) animal naming with 54 data, 3) objects with 14 data, 4) regions with 7 data, 5) countries with 9 data, 6) places with 8 data, 7) colors with 9 data, 8) phenomena with 6 data, 9) conditions with 96 data, and 10) processes with 21 data

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini mengekspolarasi makna referensial dalam papan informasi hewan berbahasa Indonesia pada objek wisata taman burung jagat satuan nusantara yang bertempat di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai makna referensial dan pemahaman lebih tentang informasi yang disajikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif studi kasus, yang mana pengambilan sampel data dilakukan dengan cara observasi tehadap papan informasi yang terdapat di taman burung TMII. Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan teori Abdul Chaer 2013, Tarigan 2009, dan Suwandi 2022. yang akhirnya menemukan sebanyak 10 jenis makna referensial berdasarkan katagori dalam 35 sampel data, sebagai berikut: 1) anatomi tubuh hewan sejumlah 44 data, 2) penamaan hewan sejumlah 54 data, 3) benda sejumlah 14 data, 4) daerah sejumlah 7 data, 5) Negara sejumlah 9 data, 6) tempat sejumlah 8 data, 7) warna sejumlah 9 data, 8) fenomena sejumlah 6 data, 9) kondisi sejumlah 96 data, dan 10) proses sejumlah 21 data. | |||||||||
