Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Job Training, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance at the Class IIB Pandeglang Detention Center Office. This research uses quantitative methods with a saturated sample size of 56 respondents. The variables used by researchers are Job Training, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Discipline as independent variables and employee performance variables as dependent variables. The analytical methods that will be used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis methods, measurement analysis methods, analysis methods, structural models and partial tests (t tests) using the Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0 (SmartPLS) program The research results show that job training has a positive effect on employee performance and is significant on employee performance with t-count results of 1.985 > t table 1.96 and a significance level of 0.048 < 0.05. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count of 4.224 > t-table 1.96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t-count results of 3.817 > t-table 1.96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Additional Information: Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Ekstrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Rutan Kelas IIB Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel jenuh sejumlah 56 responden. Variable yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Ekstrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja sebagai variable independen dan variable kinerja pegawai sebagai variable dependen. Metode analisis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis pengukuran, metode analisis ,model struktural dan uji parsial (uji t) dengan menggunakan program Smart Partial Least Square versi 3.0 (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil t-hitung 1,985 > t tabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,048 < 0,05. Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil t hitung 4,224 > t-tabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil t-hitung 3,817 > t-tabel 1,96 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
