Abstract
This study aims to determine the network form and marketing efficiency of rice carried out by rice producers in Mandalawangi Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The research method used is snowball sampling by determining three key informants in the form of rice producers and then the research will continue to large traders, retailers and consumers. As for obtaining marketing efficiency, data is needed in the form of marketing costs, marketing margins and marketing profits. The results showed that all levels of marketing networks carried out by each marketing institution were efficient marketing channels. This is because the range of efficiency values of each marketing institution is between 0%-33%. As for the most economically efficient is the zero-level marketing network carried out by producer 2, which is Rp. 13,47 per kg. Meanwhile, the most technically efficient is the second-level marketing network carried out by producer 3 to retailer 6, which amounts to Rp. 5,52 per km.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk jaringan dan efisiensi pemasaran beras yang dilakukan oleh produsen beras di Kecamatan Mandalawangi, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling dengan menentukan tiga orang informan kunci berupa produsen beras dan kemudian penelitian akan berlanjut ke pedagang besar, pedagang pengecer dan konsumen. Adapun untuk memperoleh efisiensipemasaran diperlukan data berupa biaya pemasaran, margin pemasaran dan keuntungan pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua tingkat jaringan pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing lembaga pemasaran merupakan saluran pemasaran yang efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan kisaran nilai efisiensi masing-masing lembaga pemasaran antara 0%-33%. Adapun yang paling efisien secara ekonomi adalah jaringan pemasaran tingkat nol yang dilakukan oleh produsen 2, yaitu sebesar Rp. 13,47 per kg. Sedangkan yang paling efisien secara teknis adalah jaringan pemasaran tingkat dua yang dilakukan oleh produsen 3 ke pedagang pengecer 6, yaitu sebesar Rp. 5,52 per km. | |||||||||
