Abstract
The United Nations states that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or also known as the Common Development Goals are a global initiative aimed at achieving prosperity for people and the planet both now and in the future. Through global collaboration, the SDGs aim to end poverty, improve health and education, reduce inequality, and stimulate economic growth. Countries that adopt the SDGs must ensure that no one is left behind in this development agenda. In the DKI Jakarta Province itself, it also has an obligation to carry out the mandate of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning People with Disabilities. This is stated in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Respect, Protection, and Fulfillment of the Rights of People with Disabilities. In these provisions, it has been regulated that the quota received is 2% of the total ASN quota.

| Additional Information: | United Nations (dalam Rifai & Humaedi, 2020) menyebutkan bahwa Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) atau yang dikenal juga sebagai Tujuan Pembangunan Bersama merupakan inisiatif global yang bertujuan mencapai kesejahteraan bagi manusia dan planet baik dalam waktu sekarang maupun masa yang akan datang. Dengan kolaborasi global, SDGs bertujuan mengakhiri kemiskinan, meningkatkan kesehatan dan pendidikan, mengurangi ketimpangan, serta merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi. etiap negara yang mengadopsi SDGs harus memastikan bahwa tidak ada satu pun yang ditinggalkan dalam agenda pembangunan ini. Pada wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sendiri juga memiliki kewajiban dalam melaksanakan amanat dari Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas. Hal tersebut diturunkan dalam Perda Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 4 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelaksanaan Penghormatan, Pelindungan, dan Pemenuhan Hak Penyandang Disabilitas. Dalam ketentuan tersebut telah diatur bahwa kuota yang diterima sebesar 2% dari jumlah kuota ASN. | ||||||
