Abstract
The study aims to determine the effect of the dose of cow rumen compost and biofertilizer on the growth and yield of Kailan (Brassica oleraceae L.). The research was conducted in Pelamunan Village Kramatwatu District Serang Banten from June to August 2024. Using two factors as a factorial, the method used was a Randomized Block Design, with cow rumen compost (K) as the first factor; It is divided into four levels: 0 g/polybag (K0), 200 g/polybag (K1), 400 g/polybag (K2) and 600 g/polybag (K3). The second factor is biofertilizer (H) which divided into four levels: 0 mL/L (H0), 40 mL/L (H1), 80 mL/L (H2) and 120 mL/L (H3). The results showed that cow rumen compost with a dose of 400 g/polybag had the greatest influence on the number of plant high (44,48 cm), number of leaves (10,08 strands), the leaf area (140,99 cm2 ), chlorophyll content (56,68 unit), total fresh weight (98,01 gram), fresh weight consumed (86,20 gram) and total dry weight (3,91 gram). And the biofertilizer with a dose of 80 mL/L had the greatest influence on the number of plant high (44,47 cm), number of leaves (10,11 strands), the leaf area (125,66 cm2 ), total fresh weight (92,49 gram), fresh weight consumed (80,74 gram) and total dry weight (3,94 gram). There is no interaction between the doses of cow rumen compost and biofertilizer on the growth and yield of Kailan.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pelamunan Kecamatan Kramatwatu Kabupaten Serang Banten pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2024. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah dosis kompos rumen sapi dengan 4 taraf yaitu 0g/polybag (K0), 200/polybag (K1), 400/polybag (K2) dan 600/polybag (K3). Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk hayati dengan 4 taraf yaitu 0 mL/L (H0), 40 mL/L (H1), 80 mL/L (H2) dan 120 mL/L (H3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompos rumen sapi dengan dosis 400 g/polybag memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (44,48 cm), jumlah daun (10,08 helai), luas daun (140,99 cm2) kandungan klorofil ( 56,68 unit), bobot basah tanaman total (98,01 gram), bobot basah konsumsi (86,20 gram) dan bobot kering tanaman total (3,91 gram). Sedangkan pupuk hayati memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (44,47 cm) , jumlah daun (10,11 helai), luas daun (125,66 cm2), bobot basah tanaman total (92,49 gram), bobot basah konsumsi ( 80,74 gram) dan bobot kering tanaman total (3,94 gram). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan dosis kompos rumen sapi dan konsentrasi pupuk hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Kailan. | |||||||||
