Abstract

The study aims to investigate the relation between product variety and online service quality on customer satisfaction at UMKM PAV Pizza in Bandung, West Java. Product variety and service quality are crucial factors influencing customer satisfaction in the context of processed food businesses. The study employs descriptive analysis and quantitative methods, specifically multiple linear regression analysis using the Stepwise method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to PAV Pizza online consumers. The findings indicate that product variety has a high impact on PAV Pizza’s online consumers and that online service quality has the most significant impact on customer satisfaction. Based on these findings, UMKM PAV Pizza is expected to continue enhancing its product variety and improving its service quality to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in the future.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keanekaragaman produk dan kualitas pelayanan online terhadap kepuasan konsumen di UMKM PAV Pizza di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Keanekaragaman produk dan kualitas pelayanan adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam konteks bisnis makanan olahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif, khususnya analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode Stepwise, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen online PAV Pizza. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman produk memiliki dampak tinggi terhadap konsumen online PAV Pizza dan bahwa kualitas layanan online memiliki dampak paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan temuan ini, UMKM PAV Pizza diharapkan untuk terus meningkatkan keanekaragaman produknya dan memperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di masa depan.
