Abstract

The study aims to develop, determine the feasibility based on expert testing, and user responses to teachers and students on E-LKPD based on 5E learning cycle on the concept of biodiversity for class X high school students. The research method use in this research is the research and development with the 3D model (define, design and development). The research was conducted in August 2023 – November 2024 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and SMAN 5 Serang City. The research subjects consisted of 2 material experts, 2 media experts , 2 biology teachers, and 20 students of class X SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Data collection techniques used non-test techniques in the form of questionnare sheets and inviews for need analysis, as well as instrumen sheets for product feasbility testing by materila experts and media experts, as well as user response test by teachers and students. The result of the material expert feasbility assesment obtained an average score 95,3%; and the feasbility of media expert obtained an average score 89,1%. The results of the teacher response test obtained an average score 94,7%. and student response test obtained an average score 94,6%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: E-LKPD based on 5E learning cycle is included in the very feasible category so that it can be used as an innovative and efficient teaching material in learning biology, especially on biodiversity material

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan berdasarkan uji ahli, dan respon pengguna kepada guru dan peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD berbasis 5E learning cycle pada konsep keanekaragaman hayati untuk siswa SMA kelas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 3D (define, design, dan development). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2023 – November 2024 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media, 2 guru biologi, dan 20 siswa kelas X SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes berupa lembar angket dan wawancara untuk analisis kebutuhan, serta lembar instrumen untuk uji kelayakan produk oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, serta uji respon pengguna oleh guru dan peserta didik. Hasil penilaian kelayakan ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,3%; dan kelayakan ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,1%. Adapun hasil penilaian uji respon guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 94,7% dan uji respon siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 94,6%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: E-LKPD berbasis 5E learning cycle termasuk kategori sangat layak sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar yang inovatif dan efisien dalam pembelajaran biologi khususnya pada materi keanekaragaman hayati.
