Abstract

This study aims to develop media and determine the feasibility results and user response results to the educational game learning media uno stacko biology (unkobi) based on problem solving on high school biodiversity material. The method used in this study is the R&D (Research and Development) method with Sugiyono's research design consisting of 7 stages, namely the stages of potential and problems, data collection, product design, product design validation, product design revision, product trial, and product revision. This research was conducted from May 2023 - October 2024 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and High school 5 Serang city. The research subjects consisted of 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 2 biology teachers, and 10 students from one of the X IPA classes at High school 5 Serang city. The results of the feasibility assessment based on material experts obtained an average value of 81.7% and media experts of 94.9%. These results indicate that the problem-solving-based uno stacko biology media is very feasible to be used as a learning medium. This is in line with the results of the product trial assessment which obtained an average value of the user response test on teachers of 91.7% and the user response test on students of 97.7%. These results indicate that the problem-solving-based biology uno stacko media is very suitable for use as a learning medium. The educational game media uno stacko biology (unkobi) provides a variety of new media that can be used in learning. The uno stacko biology media also makes it easy for students to understand the material, train their thinking and problem-solving skills, and build student learning motivation with meaningful learning.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media dan mengetahui hasil kelayakan serta hasil respon pengguna terhadap media pembelajaran permainan edukasi uno stacko biologi (unkobi) berbasis problem solving pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan desain penelitian Sugiyono yang terdiri dari 7 tahapan, yaitu tahapan potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain produk, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei 2023 - Oktober 2024 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media, 2 guru biologi, dan 10 siswa dari salah satu kelas X IPA di SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Hasil penilaian kelayakan berdasarkan ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,7% dan ahli media sebesar 94,9% yang menunjukkan bahwa media uno stacko biologi berbasis problem solving sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal tersebut selaras dengan hasil penilaian uji coba produk yang diperoleh nilai rata-rata uji respon pengguna pada guru sebesar 91,7% dan uji respon pengguna pada siswa sebesar 97,7% yang menunjukkan bahwa media uno stacko biologi berbasis problem solving sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Media permainan edukasi uno stacko biologi (unkobi) memberikan variasi media baru yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Media uno stacko biologi juga memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa untuk memahami materi, melatih kemampuan berpikir dan memecahkan masalah, serta membangun motivasi belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran yang bermakna.
