Abstract
Article 31 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution states that “Every citizen has the right to education”. Education is an effort to help the souls of students both physically and mentally (Sujana, 2019). Based on Law No.20 of 2003 states that vocational education is secondary education to prepare students' abilities to work in certain fields. There are factors that influence the success of the learning process, one of which is learning media which is a supporting tool for achieving the goals of a lesson. SMKN 1 Kramatwatu is a school located in Serang Regency, which has one of the areas of expertise in Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL). One of the lessons contained in this expertise competency is Electric Motor Installation (IML) which usually covers various aspects related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of electric motors in various industrial and commercial applications. In the TITL department, there are problems, especially in IML learning media, which are the unavailability of modules and jobsheets for electric motor installation trainers. To overcome these problems, the development of learning media is carried out on the manufacture of modules and jobsheets for users. Learning media development is based on the Allesi & Trollip model. The final stage in making learning media modules and jobsheets is the feasibility test by material experts and user responses consisting of alpha tests and beta tests tested by lecturers at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, teachers and several students of SMKN 1 Kramatwatu. After the feasibility test, the results were obtained in the form of a feasibility percentage of 90% and 95.6% in the alpha test, and 88.2% in the beta test. From the acquisition of the percentage of feasibility obtained, the learning media modules and jobsheets that have been made are successfully categorized as very feasible to use.

| Additional Information: | Pasal 31 ayat (1) UUD 1945 menyatakan bahwa “Setiap warga negara berhak mendapat pendidikan”. Pendidikan adalah suatu upaya untuk membantu jiwa anak- anak didik baik lahir maupun batin (Sujana, 2019). Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.20 Tahun 2003 menyatakan bahwa pendidikan kejuruan merupakan pendidikan menengah untuk mempersiapkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam bekerja pada bidang tertentu. Terdapat faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan jalannya pembelajaran salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran yang merupakan sarana pendukung untuk tercapainya tujuan suatu pembelajaran. SMKN 1 Kramatwatu merupakan sekolah yang terletak di Kabupaten Serang, yang memiliki salah satu bidang keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL). Salah satu pembelajaran yang terdapat pada kompetensi keahlian ini yaitu Instalasi Motor Listrik (IML) yang biasanya mencakup berbagai aspek terkait dengan instalsi, pemeliharaan, dan pengoprasian motor listrik dalam berbagai aplikasi industri maupun komersial. Pada jurusan TITL memiliki permasalahan khususnya pada media pembelajaran IML yang tidak tersedianya modul dan jobsheet untuk trainer instalasi motor listrik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran pada pembuatan modul dan jobsheet pada penggunaan traineer mata pelajaran IML. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dilakukan berdasarkan model Allesi & Trollip. Tahap akhir pada pembuatan media pembelajaran modul dan jobsheet yaitu dilakukan uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan respon pengguna yang terdiri dari alpha test dan beta test yang diuji oleh dosen Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, guru dan beberapa siswa SMKN 1 Kramatwatu. Setelah dilakukan uji kelayakan, diperoleh hasil berupa persentase kelayakan sebesar 90% dan 95,6% pada alpha test, serta 88,2% pada beta test. Dari perolehan persentase kelayakan yang di peroleh, media pembelajaran modul dan jobsheet yang telah dibuat berhasil dikategorikan sangat layak untuk digunakan. | |||||||||
