Abstract

Human's preference in time, comfort money and easiess influences the moda of transport that will be used, of course if the moda of transport is available for the user. In 2015 it was phenomenal era for the development of transportation on demand service, or commonly known as online transportation. However the presence of this kind of online transportation recognized by the drivers of city transportation if it decreased the passenger. This research was conducted to determine the characteristic of road usesrs on the City of Ciputat – BSD transport routes in determining the mode of transportation of their choice and to know the performance of the city transportation of Ciputat-BSD routes. This research was using stade preference method to determine a choice of the moda and the scope of both the performance of city transport and the operational system which we discussed about were load factor, headway, frequence, waiting time, beginning and end of journey with static survey method that it was suitable with The City’s Public Transport Data Collection Guidelines issued by The Department of Relation Directorate General of Transportation. Depend on the result of research that it got, the characteristic of road users in their choice modes, some of the people who more likely used online transportation were of men while women choose city transportation,based on work employees prefer to use online transportation while city transportation is more interested in students,and seen from the reasons of using transportation for online transportation most because of time and spend considerations while for city transportation due to consideration of ease of access. The result of performance analysis of transportation were gotten weekend Lf of 23,26%, weekdays Lf of 35.69%, weekend headway of 35.02 minutes, weekdays headway of 38.57 minutes. Weekend passenger's waiting time of 17,21 minutes, weekdays of 18,85 minutes. The trasportation frequency on weekend and weekdays was one trasportation. The time of transportation services started from 05.30 until 20.00.
