Abstract
This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of electronic modules based on the STEM approach on human excretory system material in class XI SMA. The research method used is research and development with the 4D model which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. In this study, it is limited to the development stage. The research was conducted in April-September 2024 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and SMAN 12 Tangerang Regency. The research subjects were three material experts, three media experts, one biology teacher, and 50 students of class XI SMAN 12 Tangerang Regency. The results of the module feasibility assessment by material experts received a score of 96.12% and by media experts of 94.79%, both results were classified as very feasible. The teacher response test received a value of 91.67% and the student response test received a value of 95.17%, both values are classified as very feasible categories. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the electronic module based on the STEM approach on the material of the human excretory system in class XI SMA is very feasible to use in the biology learning process, especially on the material of the human excretory system in class XI.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan modul elektronik berbasis pendekatan STEM pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia pada kelas XI SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, development, dan disseminate. Pada penelitian ini dibatasi sampai dengan tahapan development. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-September 2024 di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan SMAN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang. Subjek penelitian yaitu tiga ahli materi, tiga ahli media, satu guru biologi, dan 50 siswa kelas XI SMAN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil penilaian kelayakan modul oleh ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 96,12% dan oleh ahli media sebesar 94,79%, kedua hasil tersebut tergolong kategori sangat layak. Uji respon guru mendapatkan nilai sebesar 91,67% dan uji respon siswa mendapatkan nilai sebesar 95,17%, kedua nilai tersebut tergolong kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul elektronik berbasis pendekatan STEM pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia pada kelas XI SMA sangat layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran biologi khususnya pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia kelas XI. | |||||||||
