Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Workload (X₁) and Servant Leadership (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) at PT. Hiu Megaptera Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 85 employees of PT. Hiu Megaptera. The sample in this research is a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, namely 85 employees of PT Hiu Megaptera. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the hypothesis tested in this research. That workload and servant leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between workload and servant leadership on employee performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja (X₁) dan Servant Leadership (X₂) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) melalui Kepuasan Kerja (Z) pada PT. Hiu Megaptera Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 orang karyawan PT. Hiu Megaptera. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel, yaitu sebanyak 85 orang karyawan PT. Hiu Megaptera. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis yang diuji pada penelitian ini. Bahwa beban kerja dan servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan.
