Abstract
This study aims to analyze the communication strategy implemented by the PPKS Task Force of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in preventing, handling, and recovering from sexual violence in the campus environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with members of the Task Force team, as well as data collection from observations related to messages, media, and audience segmentation conducted by the Task Force. The results of the study indicate that the PPKS Task Force has determined the main audience, namely students, but in-depth audience segmentation has not been carried out. The messages conveyed are universal and tend to rely on improvisation in delivery, while the media used are still limited to conventional media and have not been maximized in utilizing social media. This study suggests that the PPKS Task Force conduct more in-depth research on audiences, strengthen the use of social media, and implement more structured evaluations to improve the effectiveness of communication strategies in preventing and handling sexual violence on campus.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Satgas PPKS Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dalam pencegahan, penanganan, dan pemulihan kekerasan seksual di kampus. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap anggota tim Satgas dan observasi terkait pesan, media, serta segmentasi audiens yang dilakukan oleh Satgas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Satgas PPKS telah menentukan audiens utama, yaitu mahasiswa, namun segmentasi audiens secara mendalam belum dilakukan. Pesan yang disampaikan bersifat universal dan lebih mengandalkan improvisasi dalam penyampaian. Media yang digunakan oleh tim satgas masih terbatas pada media konvensional, dengan pemanfaatan media sosial yang belum optimal. Meskipun Satgas sudah berupaya menyampaikan informasi terkait pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual, efektivitas strategi komunikasi masih terhambat oleh kurangnya riset audiens dan evaluasi yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar Satgas PPKS melakukan riset lebih mendalam mengenai audiens, memperkuat penggunaan media sosial, serta menerapkan evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur untuk meningkatkan efektivitas strategi komunikasi. | ||||||
