Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in the manufacturing sector such as textiles and fashion, which contribute significantly to GDP and employment. In South Tangerang City, fashion MSMEs are experiencing growth, but also face various challenges, such as lack of professionalism in the workforce, excessive working hours, and suboptimal waste management. To compete effectively both locally and internationally, factors such as workforce development, health, and environmental management need to be considered. This study aims to analyze the impact of these factors on the sustainable competitive advantage of fashion MSMEs in South Tangerang, using the SEM-PLS method to provide insights and strategies that can support the development of MSMEs in the region. The results of the study show that workforce development has a positive and significant impact on sustainable competitive advantage, workplace health has a positive and significant impact on sustainable competitive advantage, and environmental management has a positive and significant impact on sustainable competitive advantage.

| Additional Information: | Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya di sektor industri pengolahan seperti tekstil dan fashion, yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap PDB dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. UMKM fashion di Kota Tangerang Selatan mengalami perkembangan, namun juga dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya profesionalisme tenaga kerja, jam kerja berlebihan, dan pengelolaan limbah yang belum optimal. Salah satu upaya dapat bersaing baik di tingkat lokal maupun internasional, faktor-faktor seperti perkembangan tenaga kerja, kesehatan, dan manajemen lingkungan perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap keunggulan kompetitif UMKM fashion di Tangerang Selatan, dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS untuk memberikan wawasan dan strategi yang dapat membantu pengembangan UMKM di daerah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan tenaga kerja terhadap keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, kesehatan kerja terhadap keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, dan manajemen lingkungan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. | |||||||||
