Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the mediation of Job Satisfaction that occurs among employees of PT Hi-Lex Indonesia Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative research method with 75 samples and use simple random sampling technique, which involves collecting data from sample members who were selected randomly to be used on research. Data collection in this research used techniques such as observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. In analyzing the data, this research uses the Smart Partial Least Square 4.0 (SmartPLS) application, the points tested using this application are to measure the values of the outer model and inner model.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya hubungan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan mediasi Kepuasan Kerja yang terjadi pada karyawan PT Hi-Lex Indonesia Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan 75 sampel dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan data dari anggota sampel yang dipilih secara acak untuk dijadikan penelitian. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Smart Partial Least Square 4.0 (SmartPLS), poin yang diuji menggunakan aplikasi tersebut adalah untuk mengukur nilai outer model dan inner model. | |||||||||
