Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of growth and liquidity on firm value with the role of profitability as a mediating variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2023. In the study, there are several proxies to measure each variable. Growth is proxied by Asset Growth (AG), Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Firm Value is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV). The data collection method used in this study was purposive sampling of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2023, with a selected sample of 11 companies. data processing was carried out with the SPSS application with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate the results that: (1) growth has no significant effect on firm value. (2) Liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value. (3) growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability, (4) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, (5) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (6) Profitability can mediate the effect of growth and liquidity on firm value.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan peran profitabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2023. Dalam penelitian terdapat beberapa proksi untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel. Pertumbuhan Perusahaan diproksikan oleh Aset Growth (AG), Likuiditas diproksikan oleh Current Ratio (CR), Profitabilitas diproksikan oleh Return On Aset (ROA), dan Nilai Perusahaan diproksikan oleh Price Book Value (PBV). Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dari perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 - 2023, dengan sampel yang terpilih yaitu 11 perusahaan. pengolahan data dilakukan dengan aplikasi SPSS dengan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa : (1) Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (4) Likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (5) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (6) Profitabilitas yang mampu memediasi pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. | |||||||||
