Abstract

Supply chain management is the integration of material and service procurement activities, conversion into semi-finished goods and final products, and delivery to customers. One of the efforts made by the project manager is to replace conventional ways to become more modern, namely by applying precast concrete. The use of precast concrete will only be economical if the size is uniform and the volume is large. The choice of concrete technology used must take into account the criteria related to each technology that will be considered. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of construction supply chain strategies on construction supply chain responsiveness, analyze the effect of construction supply chain practices on construction supply chain responsiveness and analyze the influence of construction supply chain strategies on supply chain responsiveness through construction supply chain practices. Data obtained from the questionnaire results on respondents who worked in precast concrete companies in Bojonegara with a sample of 100 respondents using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and for analysis using the help of the Partial Least Square program. The results of the analysis obtained a positive influence from the supply chain strategy on practice, the positive influence of the supply chain strategy on the responsiveness and positive influence of supply chain practices on responsiveness to the precast companies in Bojonegara.
