Abstract

This research aims to test, analyze and prove the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) in the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (X1) and Intrinsic Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Serang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The population in this study were all employees of the Serang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency with a sample of 87 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research collects data based on observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is path analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. This research has the results that Perceived Organizational Support (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Intrinsic Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Perceived Organizational Support (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), Intrinsic Motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) can mediate Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance (Y), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) can mediate Motivation Intrinsic (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis serta membuktikan bagaimana peran mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) pada hubungan Perceived Organizational Support (X1) dan Motivasi Intrinsik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Serang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Serang dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 87 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan desktiptif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi,, wawancara,studi pustaka serta kuisoner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa Perceived Organizational Support (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), Motivasi Intrinsik (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), Perceived Organizational Support (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), Motivasi Intrinsik (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) dapat memediasi Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) dapat memediasi Motivasi Intrinsik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y).
