Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Human Development Index, General Allocation Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund, Education Expenditure, and Health Expenditure on the poverty rate in 13 provinces with the highest poverty rate outside Java. The analysis method used is panel data regression with Fixed Effect Model, processed using Eviews 10 software. The results show that Gross Regional Domestic Product has a significant negative effect on poverty. Human Development Index and General Allocation Fund showed a positive and significant influence on poverty. Revenue Sharing Fund and Education Expenditure show a positive but insignificant effect, while Health Expenditure has a negative and significant effect on poverty in the 13 provinces outside Java Island.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Bagi Hasil, Belanja Pendidikan, dan Belanja Kesehatan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di 13 provinsi dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi di luar Pulau Jawa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan Fixed Effect Model, diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia serta Dana Alokasi Umum menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Dana Bagi Hasil dan Belanja Pendidikan menunjukkan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sementara Belanja Kesehatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di 13 provinsi tersebut di luar Pulau Jawa. | |||||||||
