Abstract
The growth of tourism has changed the economic, social, and environmental aspects significantly in a region. In recent decades, tourism has become a major source of income for many countries, creating new jobs, reviving remote areas, and making a positive contribution to economic growth. In this study, the success of the digital marketing strategy implemented by PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi succeeded in making PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi Survive in the midst of business competition conditions of travel companies to be able to restore the company's condition. The purpose of this study is to find out how the digital marketing strategy in marketing PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi tourism program in this digital era. This research was studied by looking at how the planning, implementation and evaluation of PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi digital marketing strategy and uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The results of the research obtained show that digital marketing strategy planning, digital marketing implementation and digital marketing evaluation in marketing tourism programs PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi, are able to create relevance to the marketing results expected by the company. This relevance is in the form of repeat orders, word of mouth marketing, and the creation of a good portfolio for the company

Additional Information: | Pertumbuhan pariwisata telah mengubah aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan secara signifikan di suatu daerah. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, pariwisata telah menjadi sumber pendapatan utama bagi banyak negara, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, menghidupkan kembali daerah-daerah terpencil, dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini, keberhasilan strategi digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi berhasil membuat PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi bertahan di tengah kondisi persaingan bisnis perusahaan travel hingga mampu memulihkan keadaan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi digital marketing dalam pemasaran program pariwisata PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi di era digital seperti ini. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan melihat bagaimana perencanaan, implemetasi dan evaluasi strategi digital marketing PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategi digital marketing, implementasi digital marketing dan evaluasi digital marketing dalam pemasaran program pariwisata PT Canda Tawa Indonesia Bersinergi, mampu menciptakan relevansi pada hasil pemasaran yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Relevansi tersebut berwujud repeat order, word of mouth marketing, serta penciptaan portofolio yang baik untuk perusahaan. | |||||||||
