Abstract
This study discusses the Effectiveness of Honorary Teachers' Work (SMAN, SMKN, and SKhN) after the Banten Governor Regulation Number 52 of 2020 concerning Free Education in Cilegon City. Work Effectiveness is the ability to choose certain goals and complete work on time as determined, as well as achieving quality and quantity. This means that the implementation of a task is marked good or not, it depends on the completion of the previously determined task. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the work of honorary teachers (SMAN, SMKN, and SKhN) in Cilegon City after the implementation of Banten Governor Regulation Number 52 of 2020 concerning Free Education. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The determination of informants used the total sampling technique, namely the entire population that was sampled. Testing the validity of the data using validity test, reliability test, normality test and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that the Effectiveness of Honorary Teachers' Work (SMAN, SMKN and SKhN) in Cilegon City after the Implementation of Banten Governor Regulation Number 52 of 2020 concerning Free Education is very effective with an achievement of 84% of the proposed hypothesis. The significance value in this study shows that t count> t table, namely 42.810> 1.661 so that it falls on Ha acceptance, meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Efektivitas Kerja merupakan kemampuan untuk memilih tujuan tertentu dan penyelesaian pekerjaan tepat waktu yang telah ditentukan, serta tercapainya kualitas dan kuantitas. Artinya pelaksanaan suatu tugas ditandai baik atau tidak, sangat tergantung pada penyelesaian tugas yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas kerja guru honorer (SMAN, SMKN, dan SKhN) di Kota Cilegon setelah di terapkannya peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 52 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pendidikan Gratis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi yang di jadikan sampel. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Kerja Guru Honorer (SMAN, SMKN dan SKhN) Di Kota Cilegon Pasca Penerapan Peraturan Gubernur Banten Nomor 52 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pendidikan Gratis sangat efektif dengan capaian angka 84% dari hipotesis yang diajukan. Nilai signifikansi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 42,810 > 1,661 sehingga yang jatuh pada penerimaan Ha, artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. | |||||||||
