Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces products related to the distribution of electric power. Standard oil transformers are PT XYZ products that are in great demand by consumers with a revenue contribution of around 70% compared to other products. PT XYZ, which operates in the manufacturing sector, will not be free from various risks that may occur. Currently, PT XYZ does not have systematic risk management, especially in supply chain activities. Therefore, risk identification and analysis are needed as well as designing mitigation actions to prevent or reduce risks in order to minimize the impact of losses for PT XYZ. The methods used in this study are Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), House of Risk (HOR), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). SCOR to map supply chain activities, HOR to identify priority risk sources based on the highest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value. The HOR results identified 26 risk events and 27 risk sources, with one priority risk source. Furthermore, AHP is used to select mitigation actions to address priority risk sources by weighting 3 criteria and 5 alternative mitigation actions. The AHP results obtained the criteria with the highest weight, namely supervision and work improvement of 69% and the alternative with the highest weight, namely periodic inspection of quantity and physical condition of materials from external parties with a weight of 39%.

Additional Information: PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi produk terkait pendistribusian tenaga listrik. Trafo oli standar merupakan produk PT XYZ yang sangat diminati oleh konsumen dengan kontribusi pendapatan sekitar 70% dibanding produk lainnya. PT XYZ yang bergerak pada sektor manufaktur tidak akan lepas dari berbagai risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Saat ini PT XYZ ini belum memiliki manajemen risiko yang sistematis terutama pada aktivitas rantai pasok. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan identifikasi dan analisis risiko serta perancangan aksi mitigasi untuk mencegah atau mengurangi risiko guna meminimalkan dampak kerugian bagi PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), House of Risk (HOR), dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). SCOR untuk memetakan aktivitas rantai pasok, HOR untuk mengidentifikasi sumber risiko prioritas berdasarkan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) tertinggi. Hasil HOR mengindentifikasi 26 kejadian risiko dan 27 sumber risiko, dengan satu sumber risiko prioritas. Selanjutnya, AHP untuk memilih aksi mitigasi dalam mengatasi sumber risiko prioritas dengan membobotkan 3 kriteria dan 5 alternatif aksi mitigasi. Hasil AHP memperoleh kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi yaitu pengawasan dan peningkatan kerja sebesar 69% dan alternatif dengan bobot tertinggi yaitu inspeksi kuantitas dan kondisi fisik material berkala dari pihak eksternal dengan bobot sebesar 39%.
