Abstract
This study examines the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Digital Business Strategy (DBS) on company performance. The research employs a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. Primary data, collected through questionnaires, were gathered from non-banking industrial companies in DKI Jakarta Province. Questionnaires were distributed to assistant managers, supervisors, and managers within these companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, the sampling technique used if the sample to be taken has certain considerations, resulting in a sample of 7 non-banking companies that met the study criteria. Out of 198 distributed questionnaires, 105 (53%) were returned and processed. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that (1) ERP Systems have a positive and significant effect on company performance, and (2) Digital Business Strategy also has a positive and significant effect on company performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System dan Strategi bisnis Digital (SBD) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang diperoleh dari Perusahaan Industri Non Perbankan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penyebaran kuesioner ditujukan kepada asisten manajer, supervisor dan manajer yang bekerja pada Perusahaan non Perbankan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan apabila sampel yang akan diambil memiliki pertimbangan tertentu, didapatkan 7 perusahaan non perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Adapun dari 198 kuesioner yang disebarkan, jumlah kuesioner kembali dan dapat diolah adalah sebanyak 105 kuesioner (53%). Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modelling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, dan 2) Strategi Bisnis Digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. | ||||||
