Abstract

This research aims to describe the effect of using animated video media and series of images on writing skills in class XI students' writing skills material at SMK Negeri 1 Cileles. This research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach and design selection in the form of a - control group design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques from student learning outcomes are in the form of and . The results show that there is an influence of the use of animated video media and series of images on students' explanatory text writing skills. Apart from that, it was also found that there were significant differences in the use of animated video media and serial images. It was concluded that the use of animated video media and series of images on students' explanatory text writing skills was good.

Selain itu, ditemukan juga adanya perbedaan yang signifikan penggunaan media video animasi dan gambar berseri. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media video animasi dan gambar berseri terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi siswa baik.
