Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of CSR Disclosure which is proxied by the CSR Disclosure Index (X) on Firm Value which is proxied by Price to Book Value (Y) through Profitability which is proxied by Return on Equity (Z) as a moderating variable in Companies listed on the Index SRI - KEHATI Period 2019 – 2023. The population used in this research is 40 companies listed on the SRI - KEHATI Index for the period 2019 – 2023. The sample for this research is 11 companies from a total population of 40 using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Conceptual Model of a Simple Moderation method with the help of SPSS ver 25 software with the add-on PROCESS by M. Hayes. The results of this research show that: (1) CSR Disclosure has a negative and not significant effect on Firm Value, (2) Profitability is able to moderate the relationship between the influence of CSR Disclosure on Firm Value.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperjelas pengaruh dari pengungkapan CSR yang diwakilkan dengan variabel CSR Disclosure Index (X) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (Y) melalui Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return on Equity (Z) sebagai variabel moderasi pada Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks SRI - KEHATI Periode 2019 – 2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks SRI - KEHATI periode 2019 – 2023. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 11 perusahaan dari 40 jumlah populasi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Conceptual Model of Simple Moderation dengan bantuan software SPSS ver 25 dengan add on PROCESS by M. Hayes. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) CSR Disclosure berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (2) Profitabilitas mampu memoderasi hubungan pengaruh CSR Disclosure terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. | |||||||||
