Abstract
SUMMARY Ihsan Gursizal, 2014. Treatment Of Concentration And Immersion Duration Of Coconut Water On Rubber Seed Viability (Havea brassiliensis Muell Arg). Under the guidance Nurmayulis and Dewi Hastuti. This research aims to determine the viability of rubber seed (Havea brassiliensis Muell Arg) at level concentration and immersion duration in the solution of coconut water. This research has been implemented at the Department of Agriculture gauze Serang, Banten Province in June to August 2013. This research used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) as factorial with 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of coconut water thar consists five levels, which are: 0 %, 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, 100 %. The second factor is the immersion duration of coconut water that consists four levels, which are 3, 6, 9, and 12 hours. The combination treatment was repeated three times. The variables observed were age germinate, the potential maximum growth, the speed of the sprouts growth, germination, normal germination percentage, abnormal germination percentage. The results showed that the concentration and immersion duration of coconut water and both of interaction between concentration and immersion duration of coconut water is not significantly effected in all parameter that is observed (age germinate, the potential maximum growth, the speed of the sprouts growth, germination, normal germination percentage, abnormal germination percentage).

Di bawah Bimbingan Nurmayulis dan Dewi Hastuti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui viabilitas benih karet (Havea brassiliensis Muell Arg.) pada berapa tingkat konsentrasi dan lama perendaman dalam larutan air kelapa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah kasa Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Serang, provinsi Banten pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2013. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang disusun secara faktorial dan terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi air kelapa, yang terdiri dari lima taraf yaitu: Konsentrasi air kelapa 0 %, 25%, 50 %, 75 %, 100 %. Faktor kedua adalah lama perendaman dalam air kelapa, yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu: Lama perendaman 3, 6, 9, dan 12 jam. Kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah umur berkecambah, potensi tumbuh maksimum, kecepatan tumbuh kecambah, daya berkecambah, persentase kecambah normal, persentase kecambah abnormal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi air kelapa dan lama perendaman air kelapa serta interaksi keduanya berpengaruh tidak nyata pada semua parameter yang di amati (umur berkecambah, potensi tumbuh maksimum, daya berkecambah, kecepatan tumbuh, persentase kecambah normal, persentase kecambah abnormal). | |||||||||
