Abstract
In the era of globalization driven by advances in information technology, it certainly has a big impact on sharing aspects of life, including in the health sector. However, the digital divide has emerged as a problem for society. The digital divide itself is a gap between individuals, households, businesses and geographical areas at different socioeconomic levels in accessing ICT. Lebak Regency occupies the first position in the least internet access. This is due to the lack of supporting facilities. South Lebak has 150 points that are still Internet Blank Spots. Malingping is a sub-district with a high digital divide because there are remote areas that still have difficulties accessing the internet. However, socioeconomic status does not have a significant influence on the relationship between the digital divide and the access to digital health services in Malingping. This research uses the theory of Digital Divide (Camacho), Socioeconomic Status (Sugihartono) and Telemedicine (Ivan Chorbev). This study uses a quantitative method with the Quota Sampling technique and data collection techniques by conducting observations, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. The results of this study resulted in the status of the digital divide in Malingping District is still high and the socio-economic status cannot moderate the relationship between the digital divide and the success of digital health services. This was obtained through answers given by 384 respondents from the people of Malingping District. In addition, public awareness is an influence in the relationship between digital divide and digital health services.

| Additional Information: | Pada Era Globalisasi yang didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi tentunya membawa dampak besar pada berbagi aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sektor kesehatan. Namun digital divide muncul sebagai permasalahan bagi masyarakat. Digital divide sendiri merupakan sebuah gap antara individu, rumah tangga, bisnis dan area geografis pada level sosial ekonomi yang berbeda dalam mengakses TIK. Kabupaten Lebak menempati posisi pertama dalam pengaksesan internet paling sedikit. Hal ini dikarenakan fasilitas pendukung yang kurang. Lebak Selatan terdapat 150 titik yang masih Blank Spot Internet. Malingping menjadi Kecamatan dengan digital divide tinggi karena terdapat terpencil yang masih memiliki kesulitan untuk mengakses internet. Namun, Status social ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan digital divide terhadap akses layanan kesehatan digital di Malingping. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Digital Divide (Camacho), Status Sosial Ekonomi (Sugihartono) dan Telemedicine (Ivan Chorbev). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan teknik Quota Sampling serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, kuesioner, studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan status digital divide di Kecamatan Malingping masih tinggi dan status sosial ekonomi tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan digital divide terhadap akses layanan kesehatan digital. Hal tersebut didapat melalui jawaban yang diberikan oleh responden masyarakat Kecamatan Malingping sebanyak 384 responden. Selain itu, kesadaran masyarakat menjadi pengaruh dalam hubungan digital divide terhadap layanan kesehatan digital. | ||||||
