Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Work Satisfaction in mediating the relationship between Job Stress and Turnover Intention at PT Gilang Lemindo Sejahtera Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research collects data based on questionnaires and literature studies. The population and samples used in this study were all employees at PT Gilang Lemindo Sejahtera, totaling 78 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. (2) Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Work Satisfaction. (3) Work Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. (4) Work Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kepuasan Kerja dalam memediasi hubungan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. Gilang Lemindo Sejahtera Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner serta studi kepustakaan. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Gilang Lemindo Sejahtera yang berjumlah sebanyak 78 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. (2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. (4) Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention.
